Canada Tech Ventures Hub provides professional office decluttering and workspace redesign consulting services for small Canadian businesses transitioning to hybrid work models. Our services include:
- Assessment of underused office space
- Hot-desk layout planning
- Storage reduction strategies
- Communal area reconfiguration
- Equipment inventory management
- Creation of practical space-sharing protocols
- Workshops and training sessions
Services are provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Consulting Engagement
When you engage our consulting services, the specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fees will be outlined in a separate consulting agreement or proposal. These Terms supplement but do not replace any such written agreements.
We reserve the right to decline any consulting engagement at our discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights

- Building code compliance assessments
Clients should consult appropriate licensed professionals for these specialized services.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidential nature of information shared during consulting engagements. We will not disclose client information to third parties except:
- With your express written consent
- As required by law or legal process
- To service providers under confidentiality obligations
- To protect our rights or property
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canada Tech Ventures Hub, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Implementation of workspace changes based on our recommendations
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
Changes to Terms

Severability
